SEE THE VISION BE THE VISION
WORKSHOPS & FIELD TRIPS
Throughout the school year local business owners visited Ypsilanti Community Middle School for a workshop with our students. Our students then visited their businesses for a walkthrough of their facilities.
We are grateful to all the participants who dedicated their time and shared their wisdom with the future leaders of our community.

PARTICIPANT TESTIMONIES
“
......It was a Honor and a Privilege to come Ypsilanti Community Middle School and address the students. The visit affirmed the necessity for the Elders and the youth to connect. Within this relationship dynamic is a measure of right guidance towards tangible success!
And to be able to host the students at my restaurant, presented them with evidence of the possibility of achievement of anything desired, of good!
As stated, it was a honor and a privilege!

.......I had the pleasure of speaking to a small group of youth while giving them a tour of our fire station and I was very pleased with their show of respect. The children listened when I gave instruction, engaged by asking and answering questions and showed genuine interest. They all responded to me accordingly and seemingly didn’t want to leave when their time was up. I enjoyed this group and I am open to others in the.. future.
- Leonard Ray, Ypsilanti Fire Fighter
